"Ship To contact"
Each product that your company owns has a designated Ship To contact. The Ship To contact receives the media with products and databases sent out from our Product Distribution Services department. This person also receives any email notifications when a new product or database ships (and the customer has selected “Internet Delivery” as a delivery option). There is a carbon copy (.cc) email option which allows for people in addition to the designated Ship To contact to be notified of shipments. The Ship To contact is specified by name, address, phone number and email address on several key contract documents–including the Installation Request Form–usually at the time the Purchase contract is entered into our database. Requests for changes to the designated Ship To contact must be made in writing or via the request form available from the Online Forms area of the Support site.
